Memorial Service Set for Pantalone


    A memorial service will be held in the Trinity College Chapel Saturday at 3:00 p.m. for U.S. Marine Captain Joseph J. Pantalone, who was killed in an automobile accident on Dec. 15, 1974, in Kenitra, Morocco. Officials will be the Rev. Dr. Akab Tyll and the Rev. David Lonergan.
    Pantalone transferred to Trinity in the fall of 1967. At Trinity, he majored in economics and was a member of Sigma Nu. Captain of the basketball team, he was the first Trinity player to score 1,000 points in two seasons, and in 1970, he was selected for the College Division All-America Basketball Team.
